Remindone privacy
Remindone is published by Antoine Jacono (Studio A8S), who is responsible for information received by support. To request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, or to object where applicable, contact [email protected]. Support cannot view your private iCloud database through its mailbox. You may also complain to the CNIL or your local data protection authority.
Your library is stored on your device. If you enable iCloud, Remindone sends tasks, notes, projects and views to your Apple account’s private CloudKit database so they can be available on your devices. An iCloud identifier checks that the library belongs to the same account. Remindone does not ask for your Apple password.
Exported backups are saved in the location you choose. Automatic external copies are encrypted before being written. Keep the password required to restore them separately. Synchronization does not replace a backup.
Subscription purchases and restores use Apple StoreKit. The app checks entitlements supplied by Apple; this mechanism does not send receipts to a Remindone server. No advertising or audience analytics SDK is integrated in the Apple targets examined.
Disconnecting stops synchronization; it does not delete the local library or data already stored in iCloud. Exported copies remain in the location you chose.
For privacy questions or requests about information sent to support, email [email protected]. Your email and any attachments you choose to send are received by that mailbox.
The library is retained while you keep its local files or corresponding iCloud data. Completing or archiving a task does not erase its data. The current version does not offer complete deletion of the iCloud database from within Remindone. Backups are separate copies and must be deleted in their storage location. Contact support before deleting data if you want to keep a copy.
Support emails are retained for 12 months after your request is resolved, then deleted.
The help and privacy pages are hosted by Cloudflare. Your browser sends this host the information needed for the connection, including your IP address and page requests. These pages do not receive your Remindone library.
If you retained a server connection from an earlier beta, it can still send the library to that configured server. Its address appears in synchronization settings. Disconnect it to stop these transfers. New installations offer iCloud; an existing server library is not automatically migrated to iCloud.
Processing needed for the features you request provides the service: library storage, synchronization you enable, and subscription verification. Handling support requests and securing the website rely on our legitimate interest in helping users and maintaining the service. Contacting support is optional; without a reply address we cannot respond. Apple provides iCloud and purchases, Google hosts the Gmail mailbox, and Cloudflare hosts these pages. These providers may process data outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area, under the safeguards and arrangements described in their policies below.
